Cancellation policy
An order may be cancelled free of charge, provided that the cancellation is submitted directly to Omakoki by phone or email at least 14 days before the event.
If a confirmed order is cancelled by the customer 7–14 days before the event, 50% of the total order value will be charged.
If a confirmed order is cancelled less than 7 days before the event, the full order value (100%) will be charged.
