Cancellation policy
The order can be canceled free of charge as long as the cancellation reaches OmaKokki directly by phone or email at least one week before the event. If a confirmed order is canceled by the customer 2–5 days before the event, we will refund 50% of the order value. Orders canceled 0–2 days before the event will be charged in full.
