Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n

An order may be cancelled free of charge, provided that the cancellation is submitted directly to Omakoki by phone or email at least 14 days before the event.<\/p>\n

If a confirmed order is cancelled by the customer 7\u201314 days before the event, 50% of the total order value will be charged.<\/p>\n

If a confirmed order is cancelled less than 7 days before the event, the full order value (100%) will be charged.<\/p>\n
